“ My personal experience at Ginza was very pleasant. I sat at the bar and I ended up striking up conversations left and right. The staff were super friendly and I had an all around good time being there. The food was delicious. It was my second time coming in and it was consistently great food. I had the dragon roll and eel tempura roll, they definitely compete with the RA sushi's of the world and it is top contender for one of the best sushi places in Arizona. I hope everyone can have as good of an experience as I did. ”

“ Great local place to eat! Sushi was top-notch, flavors are on point, drinks were amazing, service was perfect. We got The shrimp tempura roll, Tootsie roll, sunshine roll, chicken fried rice, orange chicken, Superman roll, Prince of Persia roll, none of them, disappointed! If we lived in the area, this would be a regular place to eat! ”

“ I cannot say enough about this restaurant bc they made sure everything was perfect for my birthday party order to go! Maggie even messaged me that morning to confirm what sushi & sashimi I prefer before making the order fresh to go! Her staff was also very friendly asking if we needed water or anything while we wait for our pick-up order which was very nice of them. All I can say is my family was raving about how fresh the sushi was and the taste was out of this world especially the octopus was on point which many sushi chef’s aren’t but Maggie the sushi chef/owner make it taste so good like butter! All the sushi/sashimi cuts were excellent and I honestly felt I was in Scottsdale but no more bc we have our new favorite sushi place right here in gold canyon now The cucumber salad is also a must try bc it was so light and crisp which made it so refreshing. “ Celebrated my birthday lunch here with a bunch of gal pals. We ordered 10 dishes ahead of time so everyone could get a taste of what they have. We were all very happy with the food, service and price. They had the food out as soon as we sat down and we were well taken care of. Never had to ask for a water refill, napkins, etc. Highly recommend. All of us liked the egg fried rice and every loved the Las Vegas rolls. ”

“ Maggie the owner, Gianna bartender, Gilbert the Chef, Cathy the hostess and the Sushi of course are the best hidden gem Best Sushi ever, so worth the drive, atmosphere magnificent, Maggie’s homemade sauces are something you read about and ya should only have the fortune to experience in this lifetime unless you come here. Take my word for it, I have been all over the world and this place is the bomb! ”

“ My Wife and I have been going to Ginza for the past year since they moved closer to us in Gold Canyon. We have absolutely enjoyed the food selections and the service staff has always been kind and attentive to us. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than others, but since we are not rushed, we simply kick back, relax and have a wonderful time. When you go, try out some of the drink specials, I love Mescal and there is a drink named after Eddy. Give it a go! Ginza is now our absolute GO TO sushi choice! ”

“ Heard good things about the food so took my ex (we’re still friends) for her birthday. Slow Tuesday night, great food (sashimi was firm, yet soft, great tasting). The calamari appetizer was superb. Service was excellent, and surprised my Chinese ex that the waitress spoke Mandarin to her. Overall great experience. Did drink a little too much Sake, but slept well that night. ”
